Can I print a digital product more than once?
Yes — as many times as you like, for your own household. You can re-download from your account library any time.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised products require 3–5 extra working days for print production before dispatch. We'll confirm the timeline in your order confirmation.
What age range is the catalogue for?
Ages 2–10. Most products are tagged either 2–5 or 6–10, and some span both. The age guide on every product page helps you choose.
Is there a subscription?
Not right now — everything is a one-time purchase. The Club membership (coming soon) will offer a curated seasonal box.
