Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Tiny Tornadoes Club website (tinytornadoesclub.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and digital licence
Digital products (PDFs, activity packs): you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence. You may print digital products for your own household's use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or use our digital products for commercial purposes (e.g. in a classroom setting without a classroom licence — contact us for institutional pricing).
Personalised products (coming soon): when personalisation launches, the personalised digital file will be yours for personal use. The underlying illustrations, text, and character designs remain the intellectual property of Tiny Tornadoes Club.
Physical products are not yet available. Ownership and resale terms for physical products will be published here when they launch.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, or AED) based on your location. Where GST is applicable it is included in the displayed price. Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — illustrations, text, design, characters, world lore, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of Tiny Tornadoes Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The six world names (Festival World, Heritage World, Fairy Tale World, Folk World, Educational World, Fun World), the plush rabbit mascot, and the brand name Tiny Tornadoes Club are protected trademarks.
Limitation of liability
Tiny Tornadoes Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
