Before you start
After your payment is confirmed, we'll WhatsApp or email you within 2 hours to collect a clear, well-lit face photo. You have 48 hours to share it — then our artist gets to work.
Yes — we share a digital proof via WhatsApp or email before sending you the final file. You can request one small revision at no charge.
If we haven't started production yet, we can update the name at no charge. Contact us at hello@tinytornadoesclub.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
