Our promise
All current Tiny Tornadoes products are digital downloads. We stand behind every product. If you experience any technical issue — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or anything that prevents you from accessing what you paid for — contact us and we will fix it immediately.
Digital products
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download — such as a corrupted file or a link that does not work — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately.
Physical products
Physical products are not yet available. Returns and refund policy for physical orders will be published here when physical products launch.
